Yunye Chen
Yunye is a filmmaker from Chongqing, China. Her love language is, undeniably, feeding others. Once, during a morning check-in, I broke down crying from pent-up stress, and when I turned to my left, she held up a small wrapped cake and told me to have it. Since then, we’ve traded homemade goods and dreamt of future hot pot dinners with friends when the world reopens. She is pure joy and a blue plate special.
